$27 per hour 12% superannuation

THE POSITION

Plan supervise and monitor food production for daily service as well as a variety of functions
Maintain effective customer and client relationships
Mentor and support your team and provide training for new staff as required
Maintain focus on Food and People safety

THE PERSON

Current Blue Card or ability to obtain
Experience leading and directing a team to present high quality food and beverages
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy
Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
