Job Summary

Job Summary: Performance Dodge is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our administrative team inFerriday. This position is key to keeping our dealership running smoothly and legally compliant. Youll handle title processing vehicle registrations and other essential accounting and clerical tasks. If youre organized trustworthy and take pride in accurate work wed love to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Process vehicle titles registrations and payoff documentation

  • Submit title paperwork to state agencies and follow up on any discrepancies

  • Maintain accurate records for vehicle sales and inventory

  • Assist with accounting tasks such as filing billing and payment posting

  • Communicate with banks finance companies and customers as needed

  • Provide support to the office and accounting staff as assigned

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in automotive title work or dealership administration preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

  • Reliable professional and able to maintain confidentiality
