We are currently looking for someone to support our growing Customer Service Growth Hub in Warsaw. Youll be a key member of the team ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers in Poland Germany Austria and the Netherlands. Our team may be small but your impact will be huge!

Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Team Member you will play a crucial role in LYKOs growth in Poland and across Europe. Through chat and email youll support customers with deliveries returns and any technical issues they may face.
But thats not all youll also be their personal advisor and beauty expert! Our goal is to consistently provide top-tier service and exceed customer expectations!

LYKO is a leading e-commerce company in the Nordic countries specializing in beauty. We operate 30 physical stores in Sweden Norway and Finland along with modern production centers well-stocked warehouses (including one in Berlin) an efficient logistics system and a growing B2B sales division.
Currently LYKO employs over 1200 people processes around 7 million orders per year and generates a revenue of over 300 million. After huge success in the Nordics four years ago we decided to expand into the Netherlands Poland Austria and Germany aiming to conquer all of Europe! The exciting part This is just the beginning!
