About the Role
An established luxury furniture manufacturer is looking for a Project Manager to oversee its busy production workflow. This is a workshop-based role (not site-based) ideal for someone with a strong background in managing complex projects within manufacturing joinery or bespoke furniture environments.
As Project Manager youll ensure projects run smoothly from design through to completion coordinating across multiple departments to deliver exceptional quality on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor production projects from start to finish
Liaise between design production and finishing teams to ensure deadlines are met
Track budgets resources and timelines effectively
Resolve day-to-day challenges on the shop floor and maintain smooth workflow
Ensure projects meet high-quality standards and client expectations
What Were Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Manager within a production manufacturing or joinery environment
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes
A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
