Weare looking for aMarket Insight Partnerto join theCustomer Insight and Customer Outcomes (CICO) team within the UK Customer Divisionat Royal Londonto focus role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organisation by providing high-quality actionable insight that directly informs ourstrategy development.
About the role:
- Lead the generation of strategicmarket and competitorinsight
- Monitormacroeconomicdemographicand regulatory trends affecting the UK financial services market developing regular market outlook reports and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions
- Analyse competitor strategiesand financial performance feeding insight into strategic projects and providing regular executive reporting
- Using insight to developview on strategicrisks and opportunities
- Reporting to the Customer Insight/OutcomeDirector act as a trusted adviser to theGroup Strategy team andUK CustomerDirectorate embedding insight into strategic planning
- Work across the business to bring insight from experts into the insight development process; supporting others to develop their market knowledge
About you:
- Proven experience in a senior insight role within financial services
- A strategic mindset with the ability toanalyseand translate complex data into clear compelling narratives
- Strong analytical backgroundpared with a strategic mindset
- Bring a curious mindset to problem-solving.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all levels.
