Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Product and Market Manager to lead product planning initiatives by aligning market needs customer insights and business goals. This role plays a key part in guiding product development and portfolio decisions ensuring cross-functional coordination to deliver the right products at the right time for maximum market impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Propose product equipment levels pricing positioning and volume targets based on market analysis.
Manage product lifecycle and accessory planning using the PDCA method for continuous improvement.
Oversee project timelines and risk management for new launches and special editions.
Conduct market and competitor analysis identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Coordinate market research such as surveys and car clinics and analyze customer insights.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on product planning and pricing strategies.
Mentor junior staff and support cross-functional teamwork.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry.
Strong in analytical thinking planning and execution with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication coordination and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience in Product Planning Sales Planning or Marketing is an advantage.
Willing to work flexible hours for events or research activities.
Willing to adjust work schedules to accommodate business needs such as events surveys and product launches.
