Job Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training and development programs (training provided on systems)

- Conduct phone and email communications with leads

- Apply strategies and tools to support leadership and development outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience in training coaching learning & development or related leadership roles
- Strong communication facilitation and organizational skills
- Self-motivated proactive and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules efficiently
- Reliable laptop phone and internet access
