A Day in the Life
The Pricing Administration III is responsible for supporting pricing and reimbursement strategies. This role involves managing pricing databases resolving disputes and providing accurate pricing information to internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Manages and maintains product pricing and reimbursement strategies across the organization.
Administers and updates pricing databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Provides customer price lists and country-specific list prices.
Verifies pricing with field teams and at the time of order placement.
Handles pricing disputes and overrides in a timely and professional manner.
Supports special projects and assignments related to pricing operations.
Communicates with internal and external contacts to obtain and provide moderately complex information.
Guides coaches and trains junior team members within the job area.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
High School Degree
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in pricing administration finance or related operational support roles.
Broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and propose solutions for manager review.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with pricing systems and databases preferred.
