Job Summary

Promotions & Acquisition Analytics:

  • Analyze existing and potential co-brand card promotions to assess ROI and recommend data-driven strategies.
  • Support acquisition campaigns through performance tracking targeting analysis and optimization recommendations.
  • Build and validate business cases for new initiatives (i.e. new promotions changes in benefits etc.).

Customer Behavior Insights:

  • Analyze cardholder spend patterns travel booking behavior and usage trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop insights into cardholder retention drivers and attrition risks.

Network & Route Correlation Analysis:

  • Examine the relationship between the number of available routes and cardholder engagement/spend to inform strategic decisions on network expansion and marketing focus.

Ad Hoc Reporting & Analysis:

  • Create and deliver on-demand reports and dashboards to answer critical business questions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support data needs for strategic initiatives.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the co-brand card program and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and anomalies in program performance and present findings to leadership.

 

If youre based outside of Montevideo Uruguay or Bogotá Colombia you can work 100% remotely. If youre located in Montevideo or Bogotá you also have the option to work from our local offices

 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Economics Statistics Data Analytics or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in data analytics preferably in financial services travel or loyalty programs.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker).
  • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
