Promotions & Acquisition Analytics:
- Analyze existing and potential co-brand card promotions to assess ROI and recommend data-driven strategies.
- Support acquisition campaigns through performance tracking targeting analysis and optimization recommendations.
- Build and validate business cases for new initiatives (i.e. new promotions changes in benefits etc.).
Customer Behavior Insights:
- Analyze cardholder spend patterns travel booking behavior and usage trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop insights into cardholder retention drivers and attrition risks.
Network & Route Correlation Analysis:
- Examine the relationship between the number of available routes and cardholder engagement/spend to inform strategic decisions on network expansion and marketing focus.
Ad Hoc Reporting & Analysis:
- Create and deliver on-demand reports and dashboards to answer critical business questions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support data needs for strategic initiatives.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the co-brand card program and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify trends and anomalies in program performance and present findings to leadership.
If youre based outside of Montevideo Uruguay or Bogotá Colombia you can work 100% remotely. If youre located in Montevideo or Bogotá you also have the option to work from our local offices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Statistics Data Analytics or related field (Masters preferred).
- 3 years of experience in data analytics preferably in financial services travel or loyalty programs.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker).
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
