About the Role
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in an essential service industry As a Customer Service Representative you will be the friendly voice our customers turn to for answers solutions and support. Youll work in our state-of-the-art Head Office in East Tamaki providing top-tier service to both internal and external customers.
You dont need prior contact centre experience to excel in this role - we value your passion for customer service and well provide all the training you need to succeed. With a dedicated Trainer and supportive Team Supervisors by your side youll be well-prepared to handle any challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and performance goals.
Qualifications :
- Proven customer service experience with a passion for helping people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making confidence.
- Self-motivated with keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive professional attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering quality service.
