AL Maritime is a business unit within GM&T (Global Markets & Technologies). The activity is articulated around four main businesses: Global Helium Global Rare Gases Offshore Energies and Maritime Cryogenic Supply. It is a very international environment managing multiple locations worldwide.
As part of AL Maritime Cryogenic Tank Services (CTS) is a Malaysian entity which was acquired in 2015. CTS specializes in cryogenic tank and equipment rental for the offshore and maritime industries as well as in cryogenic transport of molecules and provides a full range of repair and testing services.
Understand and seize the offshore industrial and diving gas market in SEA Region
Carry out sales for the offshore gases such as Diving Gas Industrial Gas and Welding Gas
Manage build and develop long lasting relationships with existing customers at all levels (decision makers end users and procurement officers).
Develop networking plans and ensure regular visits to the respective customers
Collect customers current and future needs and resolve any concerns or complaints as it arises.
Identify new business opportunities proactively by visiting prospects as well as developing intel networks and collecting market news on a regular basis.
Follow sales activities set up agreements and ensure deployment
Establishes Air Liquide contracts & related offers
Establishes sales agreements and offers in compliance with Air Liquides group guidelines and templates.
Be responsible for the sales offers and marketing mix submitted to customers/partners
Leads a regular prospection activity to detect sales opportunity
Leads the prospect through prepared visits to existing customers competitor customers potential customers.
Gets a clear vision of customer requirements expectations and informal needs.
Plan visits according to identified targets and priority. Reports results to Manager
Ensure timely and correct customer invoicing in coordination with Finance and Operations Departments to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Degree in business or any engineering field with at least 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Proficiency in both English and Malay is required. Knowledge of additional Asian languages will be an added advantage.
Strong sales and business development skills
Good communication skill and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across different cultures.
Strong interest in development of sales in a multi-international environment.
