Job Summary
THE ROLE
You will lead a dynamic team of accountants ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service across a diverse portfolio. Youll oversee workflows maintain high standards of risk and compliance and create an environment where your team feels empowered motivated and supported. Your leadership and technical expertise will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across all deliverables.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You manage and oversee client relationships ensuring smooth operations timely deliverables and consistent high-quality service
- You lead mentor and develop your team planning and reviewing performance training and career growth to build a high-performing culture
- You maintain effective risk and compliance oversight ensuring all client work meets the Groups standards for quality and control
- You act as a subject matter expert on accounting frameworks products and structures supporting system improvements and operating model enhancements
- You identify opportunities to enhance processes drive efficiencies and create additional value for clients and the business

Qualifications :
ABOUT YOU
- You are a qualified accountant (CAI ACCA or equivalent) with strong knowledge of IFRS UK GAAP and US GAAP
- You have proven experience managing client relationships and leading accounting teams to deliver excellent results
- You bring strong analytical and technical accounting skills with advanced Excel capabilities; experience with Investran or Reporting Services is an advantage
- You demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire others
- You have at least 5 years of post qualified accounting experience ideally within a fund services or client accounting environment
