Job Description
Business Consultant
This position will be calling on all Outlets in the KZN area. They will be responsible for ensuring that Franchisees apply our groups business principles brand products etc. according to the corporate standards. They will assist/train Franchisees and their staff in all facets of the C-store business including but not limited to merchandising promotions product lines reporting & finance ordering pricing etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a Franchised FMCG Retail/Wholesale and/or Fuel Industry environment
- Own Reliable Transport
- Willing to travel frequently to visit stores/outlets often in remote/urban areas (Note: from time to time overnight stay)
- Must be Willing to work Retail Hours i.e. Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays
- PC Literate
- Working experience as a Supermarket Retail Manager will be an added advantage.
- Food safety background will be an advantage.
- High Energy Levels & a Passion for Retail
- Good understanding of general finance
- Must possess a high level of numeracy and analytical skills.
- Understanding of category management principles
- Good understanding of business management
- Strong performance management skills
- Have proven problem-solving skills.
- Must require minimum supervision.
- Have strong communication skills at various levels.
- Have strong planning & organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
