Quality Technologist Arket

As a Quality Technologist your main responsibility will be to lead suppliers and their production organizations systems processes and capabilities to meet ARKETs requirements. You will have end-to-end ownership of product quality (from sample to bulk to customer use). You are expected to be fully committed to ARKETs product quality going above and beyond with strong ownership and a sense of urgency by coaching and developing our partners.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Empowering suppliers to continuously deliver ARKET product quality in line with our vision by:
  -Providing suppliers with ARKETs quality foundation (standards technical folders production know-how etc.) as well as future quality directions.
  -Encouraging suppliers to take ownership and responsibility from sampling through development to bulk production.
  -Supporting suppliers in developing their production capabilities according to ARKETs needs.
• Taking full ownership of product quality end-to-end (from sample to bulk to customer use).
• Performing inline end-of-line and final quality inspections as needed (e.g. cross-checks VIP orders etc.).
• Monitoring and managing the quality performance of products and suppliers regularly providing continuous feedback and taking necessary actions to drive improvement

• Willingness to spend the majority of your time at supplier sites and in factories

Qualifications :

• Relevant knowledge of production type(s)
• Strong technical and production quality experience
• Product development experience including the sampling process
• Fluency in English
• Flexibility to travel
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust

Additional Information :

This is a full-time permanent position based in Istanbul Turkey. The Quality Technologist is part of the ARKET Production Quality Department and reports to the Quality Manager who is also based in Istanbul Turkey.
