The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in workplace design advanced proficiency in Revit and the ability to work seamlessly in both Japanese and English. This role requires exceptional documentation and coordination skills to ensure design intent is clearly communicated and executed to the highest standards.

Job Description
About the Role:
- Collaborate with design project and construction managers to develop conceptual design frameworks and guide projects from envisioning through execution.
- Oversee and coordinate deliverables from cross-disciplinary teams (architects interior designers BIM MEP ICT engineers) to ensure quality and compliance.
- Identify and resolve project issues proactively while providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress milestones and risks.
- Lead the preparation of design documentation and hand-off packages in Revit including programming layouts and code analysis.

- 建築インテリアBIM設備MEPICTなど複数分野の専門チームの成果物を統括し品質とコンプライアンスを確保
- プロジェクトの進捗マイルストーンリスクなどを定期的に報告しながら課題の早期発見と解決を図る
- Revitを用いた設計図書や引き渡し資料の作成レイアウトプログラミング法規分析などを主導
About You:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or Interior Design with 10 years of professional design and documentation experience in commercial hospitality or related projects.
- Minimum of 3 years managing client relationships including active participation in design and construction meetings.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes ADA guidelines zoning laws and comprehensive experience across all design phases (Concept to Construction Documentation).
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants manage project budgets and schedules and deliver accurate documentation using Revit Bluebeam Revu and Adobe Suite.
- Fluent in Japanese and English with excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills demonstrating initiative collaboration and commitment to high-quality project execution.
応募資格経験
- 建築工学またはインテリアデザインの学士号を有し商業施設ホスピタリティ施設または関連プロジェクトにおける設計および図面作成の実務経験が10年以上ある方
- クライアントとの関係構築管理の経験が最低3年以上あり設計施工に関する打ち合わせへの積極的な参加経験がある方
- 地元の建築基準法ADA米国障害者法ガイドライン用途地域法に関する深い知識を持ち設計の全フェーズコンセプトから施工図面までに精通している方
- 多分野にわたるチームや外部コンサルタントとの調整能力がありプロジェクトの予算スケジュール管理RevitBluebeam RevuAdobe Suiteを用いた正確な図面作成の実績がある方
- 日本語と英語の両言語に堪能で優れたコミュニケーション能力問題解決力リーダーシップを備え主体性協調性高品質なプロジェクト遂行へのコミットメントを示せる方
