Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Analyst to join our dynamic Sales & E-Commerce team. This role is critical in driving data-informed decisions by tracking and analyzing monthly sales performance market share trends and Cricuts position across key retailers and online platforms including growth opportunities in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and report monthly sales in and out across retail and e-commerce channels.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance by account category and product line.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and insights.
- Market Share Analysis
- Analyze Cricuts market share across key retailers and platforms.
- Benchmark performance against competitors using syndicated data sources.
- Identify growth opportunities and areas of concern based on market dynamics.
- Retailer & Platform Insights
- Track performance metrics for top retail partners and e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with account managers to provide actionable insights for sales strategies.
- Support promotional planning and post-event analysis with data-driven evaluations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Finance Marketing and Supply Chain teams to align on forecasts and performance metrics.
- Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and business reviews.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Economics Statistics or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in sales analysis business intelligence or retail analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel Power BI/Tableau and data visualization tools.
- Experience with syndicated data (e.g. NPD Circana Nielsen) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish/Portuguese with strong communication skills in both languages
