Job Summary
Minor Hotels is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort. This pivotal role oversees the Hotel Food & Beverage Elysia Wellness Retreat Conferencing & Events Golf and Body Corporate matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MICE operations with proven leadership across diverse hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations across all departments ensuring operational excellence and financial performance.
- Maximise revenue guest satisfaction and conference/event business through strategic planning and execution.
- Develop and mentor high-performing teams to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Maintain operational standards oversee body corporate matters and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with commercial functions including marketing sales revenue management and digital strategy to drive growth.
Qualifications :
- Proven senior leadership experience in hospitality ideally as a General Manager or Cluster GM.
- Extensive experience in MICE Food & Beverage Spa/Wellness operations.
- Strong financial operational and strategic business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with guests staff and stakeholders.
