What Youll Be Doing

• Lead the Lanes: Run the Drive Thru with confidence work alongside the Restaurant Manager to coach your team and build a high-performance Drive Thru team.
• Deliver Best-In-Class Speed & Service: Own trans times headset flow and order accuracy to ensure happy customers
• Focus on Quality: Maintain exceptional food quality safety cleanliness and presentation across the entire Drive Thru operation.
• Smash Targets: Drive performance manage costs boost revenue develop your teams skills and celebrate wins together.
• Solve Problems Fast: Spot bottlenecks fix issues on the fly manage guest feedback and keep the Drive Thru running smoothly under pressure.
