Essential Responsibilities:
Assists with repairing and replacing drains fixtures rodding cleaning etc. as assigned.
Administers to general repairs i.e. plunging toilets and drains greases fan motors.
Works independently.
Completes preventative maintenance task on time.
Communicates issues to his/her supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required. Vocational or Technical training preferred.
MA Drivers License
0-1 years related work experience required.
Previous experience preferred
Good driving record
Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.

Customer Service: Ability to provide a high level of customer service to patients visitors staff and external customers in a professional service-oriented respectful manner using skills in active listening and problem solving. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
