At Raffles Istanbul the Personal Assistant to the General Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the hotels leadership by ensuring seamless communication efficient coordination and elevated executive support. This role is essential in maintaining the legendary service and attention to detail that defines the Raffles brand.
You will serve as the right hand of the General Manager managing daily schedules preparing strategic reports coordinating with department heads and acting as a key liaison between the GMs office and internal or external stakeholders. Discretion professionalism and proactive thinking are critical to success in this high-impact position.
You will also contribute to enhancing the hotels culture and performance by being a role model of respect integrity and service excellence aligning with our Raffles philosophy of Respect Belonging Integrity Empowerment and Excellence.
Qualifications :
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work as part of a diverse dynamic team
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
- A proactive solution-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow-ups across departments efficiently.
- Experience in compiling executive-level documents decks and performance summaries
- Ability to anticipate the GMs needs and take initiative to resolve issues independently
- Skilled at organizing itineraries handling protocol and ensuring a seamless guest experience during key visits
