Prepares and delivers L&D programs to colleagues aligned with the hotel brand and communicates with training providers.
Oversees the internship program by building strong partnerships with schools orienting and mentoring all trainees.
Increases colleague engagement by actively leading and participating in events conceptualization planning hosting and creating communication material.

Qualifications
Graduate of a degree in Communications Education Psychology or any related field is an asset.
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in designing developing and delivering training programs in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
Excellent facilitation communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
