Job Description
Youll be the driving force behind business growth for a specialized consulting firm owning the entire pipeline creation process for their most profitable service lines. This role puts you at the center of cybersecurity and technical recruitment conversations where youll build relationships with decision-makers who need critical security assessments and hard-to-find technical talent. Youll have the autonomy to develop scalable processes while directly impacting the companys expansion trajectory.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage comprehensive sales pipeline for cybersecurity risk assessment services
- Develop targeted outreach strategies for HR talent acquisition prospects in technical sectors
- Build and implement scalable business development processes from ground up
- Qualify leads and schedule high-value meetings for senior leadership team
- Track pipeline metrics and conversion rates to optimize performance
- Collaborate directly with leadership to refine sales messaging and approach
- Focus exclusively on core revenue-generating service lines for maximum impact
- Conduct research and outreach to potential clients in cybersecurity and technical recruitment markets
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills with strong written and verbal abilities
- Proven experience in B2B business development or sales roles
- Understanding of cybersecurity industry or technical recruitment landscape preferred
- Strong organizational skills with ability to build processes from scratch
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
- Results-driven mindset focused on pipeline generation and growth
- Bonus if you have experience with consulting services or professional services sales
