Job Description: Youll be the front line of business development for an industry-leading contacts directory connecting potential clients with valuable fashion and lifestyle industry resources. This role puts you at the center of relationship-building and business growth where youll conduct meaningful discovery conversations and help prospects understand how the service can transform their outreach efforts. Youll work directly with industry professionals and brands in a dynamic relationship-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns using provided prospect data and lead lists
- Filter and qualify incoming leads routing high-potential prospects through the sales funnel
- Conduct discovery calls via Zoom to understand potential client needs and service requirement
- Assess prospect-service fit and determine alignment with company offering
- Schedule and book follow-up discovery calls for continued business development
- Build initial client relationships through professional yet personable communication
- Manage lead pipeline and provide feedback on prospect quality and conversion potential
- Collaborate with team on campaign optimization and lead generation strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience particularly in outbound calling and lead qualification
- Strong English communication skills with clear professional phone presence for video call
- Experience with email marketing platforms and lead management processe
- Proven ability to handle objections and conduct effective discovery conversation
- Comfortable using Zoom and digital communication platforms for client interaction
- Independent work style with ability to work autonomously with minimal oversigh
- Bonus if you have experience in fashion beauty or lifestyle industrie
