Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join Locktons Global Real Estate team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background supporting senior executives in a corporate environment who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
In this position you will provide dedicated PA support to one Executive Partner and three additional partners. Although experience within the Insurance industry would be beneficial its not essential for the role providing you have worked in a similar type of corporate professional services business.
Responsibilities include diary management booking travel creating agendas taking minutes managing expenses and occasional administrative tasks.
Locktons Real Estate Team is one of the largest and most established Real Estate teams in the London Market with over 150 dedicated and specialist Associates. Candidate Profile
The following skills and experience is required:
- PA experience in a corporate setting
- Excellent communication skillswith a highly professional manner
- You should be proactive energetic positive and efficient
- Highly organised and analytical with the ability to multi-task co-ordinate and prioritise your workload
- Work well within a fast-paced team and be effective in planning your workload to meet business demands
- Keen to understand the nature of the insurance industry and the role that Global Real Estate plays within it
- Experience of utilising core systems and technology (including Teams Outlook Microsoft)
- Driving the achievement of desired results with regard to the division company and personal objectives
- Contributing to effective working relationships with other PAs at Lockton including those within the overseas offices underwriters and clients
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
