Cushman & Wakefields Advisory team is expanding and were looking for a Graduate Consultant to join our Canberra office. This is a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in a collaborative forward-thinking environment where youll contribute to meaningful work from day one.

Advisory is an innovative APAC-wide platform designed to solve complex challenges across property and infrastructure. We go beyond traditional real estate to advise clients on projects in sectors including education justice transport sports urban development affordable housing and more. Job Description

Candidates with AGSVA security clearance (or the ability to obtain one) will be highly regarded.

What youll do:

Support project teams to deliver strategic evidence-based solutions to client problems
Support analysis of data assess issues and provide actionable recommendations across property and infrastructure
Support the development high-quality reports presentations and proposals with clear insights and visual storytelling
Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive outcomes
Contribute to Advisory work for example business case development feasibility studies transactions property valuations and value-for-money assessments

About you:

Recently completed or are about to complete a degree in property economics finance commerce or a related field
Excellent communication presentation and analytical skills
A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and client impact
Ability to adapt across projects in both government and private sectors
