Were looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our North America Talent Acquisition team. Youll play a key role in identifying attracting and hiring the talent that drives innovation collaboration and performance across Maersks diverse business functions.

The Role

Youll deliver end-to-end recruitment across professional operational and leadership roles within Maersk North America excluding frontline and warehouse positions. Youll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers translating business needs into creative sourcing strategies and exceptional candidate experiences.

In this role you will:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to understand workforce needs and deliver hiring solutions aligned with Maersks strategic goals.
• Leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles across a variety of business areas.
• Champion Maersks employer brand ensuring every interaction reflects our values and inclusive culture.
• Ensure compliance with global recruitment standards policies and best practices.

• Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment ideally within large complex or matrixed organizations.
• Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers across multiple business functions.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies assessment and selection across a range of professional disciplines.
• Strong communication influencing and relationship-building skills.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize recruitment performance.
• Resilience adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced environment.
