This role is responsible for providing Chorus first-line support resolving user issues and ensuring smooth operation of systems across the business.

The ideal candidate has to have strong problem-solving skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality support.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Respond to Chorus related queries and incidents via ticketing systems email or phone

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues escalating where necessary

  • Collaborate with development and Build teams to resolve bugs and implement fixes

  • Maintain documentation of known issues resolutions and support procedures

  • Assist with software installations updates and configuration

  • Monitor system performance and report anomalies

  • Participate in validation of new releases or patches

  • Ensure compliance with internal SLAs and support standards

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in a software support or technical helpdesk role

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems

  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and ITIL principles

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Good verbal and written communication

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
