About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing and innovative startup operating at the intersection of gaming and blockchain technologies headquartered in Bangkok. We are looking for a seasoned UI/UX professional to help shape and elevate the visual and interaction design of our digital products. You will play a key role in defining how our brand is experienced across multiple online channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product marketing and development teams to establish and maintain a unified visual direction across websites apps and other digital interfaces.
- Create high-quality visual assets for web pages and digital campaigns ensuring they align with product and brand objectives.
- Craft intuitive visually appealing interfaces by thoughtfully using color form hierarchy and typography.
- Develop fresh concepts page layouts and graphic elements that improve usability and overall user experience.
- Continuously monitor and research emerging UI/UX trends patterns and best practices and apply them where appropriate.
- Support a wide range of design activities as required from quick mockups to polished production-ready deliverables.
Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio covering both web and mobile products.
- Solid grasp of design thinking and user-centered design methodologies and how they inform product decisions.
- High proficiency in Figma Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to give and receive clear constructive feedback.
- Confident presenting design rationale workflows and solutions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on pixel-perfect execution and visual consistency.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with developers and other designers throughout the delivery process.
- Previous experience working on gaming or e-commerce products will be considered a significant plus.
- Self-driven proactive and able to perform well in a fast-moving high-growth environment.
