Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • To greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • To supervise the Team for ensuring they adhere to company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.

  • To answer screen and forward incoming phone calls.

  • To manage incoming and mail and packages.

  • To oversee the day-to-day activities of the reception area including managing phone systems greeting visitors and handling inquiries. Ensure the reception area is clean organized and presentable at all times.

  • To schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

  • To assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and photocopying.

  • To provide general information to clients and the public.

  • To book flight tickets and manage travel arrangements for internal staff.

  • To oversee and book meeting rooms ensuring they are prepared for use including the setup and testing of technology and audiovisual equipment for meetings.

  • Inform housekeeping to serve beverages to visitors in the meeting rooms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum for few years experience and proven experience as a receptionist front desk representative or similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Professional attitude and appearance.

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

  • Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
