Salary Range: $47.06 $65.10 per hour
About the Role
At Busy Bees at Altona Meadows we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to deliver our high-quality Kindergarten Program. You will play a key role in preparing children for their transition to school while fostering a love for lifelong learning.
As an ECT you will:
Deliver engaging and inclusive kindergarten programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
Create a warm stimulating and supportive environment where every child feels valued and included.
Use observations and assessments to support individual learning outcomes.
Collaborate with families educators and local schools to promote holistic development and school readiness.
Maintain compliance with all National Quality Standards (NQS) and regulatory requirements.
What Youll Need
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved) or equivalent qualification.
Current VIT Teacher Registration.
Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee).
Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
