I grant the Flynn permission to include all information included with this application in any public relations grant applications fundraising appeals press releases and/or marketing materials related to the Flynn Breakthrough initiative. The terms set forth in this RFP are stated herein for informational purposes only and are subject to view this application as a proposal. The Flynn shall serve as the Producing Artistic Director of this program and reserves the right to work with you on the creation of your project. The artists and organizations selected for this program will be subject to certain legal terms and conditions to be set forth in an agreement to be executed between the artist/organization and The Flynn.
