As a Customer Support Advisor youll be at the heart of our First Aid operations ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Team Leader Customer Support youll provide top-notch administration and customer service helping us deliver life-saving training across Aotearoa.
This role is based in Manukau Auckland and involves close collaboration with both area and training teams. Youll be a vital part of the wider Red Cross whānau working together to achieve outstanding customer experiences and service delivery outcomes.
To ensure a seamless transition were ideally looking for someone who can start on 1 December 2025 and benefit from a thorough handover with the current incumbent.
