About the role

This is a new dynamic and varied role where youll help deliver high-quality services to inhouse lawyers across Aotearoa. Youll lead content creation for ILANZs online communities support member engagement initiatives and assist with webinars and events. Youll also maintain membership databases manage website content and provide responsive support to members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage digital content for the newly created ILANZ online communities and our existing website.
  • Conduct member engagement research and share insights.
  • Support ILANZ webinars and events including the annual ILANZ Conference.
  • Maintain accurate membership databases and respond to member enquiries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Law Society to deliver exceptional member services.

This role is a part-time (3 days per week) 12 month fixed-term position based in our Auckland office.

About you

Were looking for someone who is proactive detail-oriented and thrives in a collaborative environment. Youll have:

  • Strong writing editing and research skills with experience in digital content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in member engagement customer service or community management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems email platforms and social media tools.
  • Previous event management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • High attention to detail.
