Job Summary
Establishing and executing strategic framework to optimize Out on road (OTR) channel operations through data-driven rate determination and cost management. The program will focus on understanding and developing competitive City/Location/Block/Slot wise rates while implementing targeted marketing/incentive initiatives for delivery partner (DP) recruitment and retention. Through market analysis and operational efficiency improvements create sustainable rate structures that balance profitability with DP satisfaction and retention.

We are building foundational elements of the quick commerce network from the ground up including development of operational frameworks technology integration and service optimization. The team consistently demonstrates agility in learning and implementing improvements turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
