Job Description

Your responsibilities
As a Young Talent Project Purchasing within the Defence area you will actively contribute to purchasing activities and gain valuable exposure to project management.
- You manage purchasing activities such as contract management request for information and quotation supplier selection
- You ensure accurate tracking and updates in files and ERP systems in line with internal processes
- You participate in the preparation of supplier meetings and related documentation
- You follow assigned tasks from start to finish ensuring timely and reliable delivery
- You support the planning monitoring and tracking of project-related purchasing activities including costs budgets schedules and quality
- You carry out analyses prepare clear reports and present key findings
- You provide occasional support to the Defence team gaining exposure to specific projects
Your profile
- You are currently pursuing or have recently graduated with a Bachelors or masters degree in supply chain Economics Management or a related field
- You bring early-stage exposure or demonstrate a strong interest in the field of purchasing supply chain or a similar industry
- You are fluent in English good level of French or German is an asset
- You are proficient with MS Office particularly Excel first exposure to ERP systems is a plus
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You communicate clearly both spoken and written and adapt easily to different audiences
- You work in a structured and self-driven manner while remaining a reliable team player
