Corporate Switzerland (12-Month Contract)
The Opportunity
On behalf of an international corporate client in Switzerland we are looking for an experienced agency-side recruiter who is ready to step into a corporate Talent Acquisition role for a 12-month assignment.
This role is ideal for recruiters coming from a headhunting or recruitment agency environment who enjoy ownership stakeholder exposure and high-quality hiring processes without giving up pace autonomy and impact.
You will work closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple Swiss locations in a hybrid setup.
Your Role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and specialist roles in Switzerland from intake and search strategy to offer stage
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers translating business needs into effective search approaches
- Apply your agency mindset: proactive sourcing market intelligence creative search strategies and candidate engagement
- Ensure a smooth professional candidate journey including interview coordination and transparent communication
- Work with modern ATS systems LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-supported tools
- Handle multiple roles in parallel while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction
- Support local Talent Acquisition initiatives and ad-hoc recruiting projects
Your Background
- Several years of experience in recruitment headhunting or executive search ideally within Life Sciences Pharma Biotech or another regulated industry
- Used to working in a fast-paced agency environment with high ownership and accountability
- Strong stakeholder management skills confident structured and credible at business level
- Consultative mindset with the ability to challenge advise and influence
- Hands-on pragmatic and solution-oriented
- Comfortable operating in an international corporate environment
- Fluent in English AND German (mandatory)
- Solid systems affinity; experience with ATS tools LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-based sourcing is a plus
Practical Details
- Contract: 12 months (temporary assignment)
- Location: Hybrid with regular on-site presence in Basel and Zurich
- Working hours: Standard business hours; flexibility can be discussed
