development production and distribution of ceramic dental implants made from high-performance
zirconium dioxide and within ourSWISS BIOHEALTH CLINIC we develop new treatment concepts for
biological dentistry.
As the market leader for dental zirconia implants SDS already markets its extensive product portfolio in
over 30 countries.

AG team for theSwiss and international markets with a new team member:
Territory Growth Lead (m/f/x)
Full-time
What youll do
Develop and execute themarket entry and growth strategy for France / Italy
Identify and activatekey marketing and sales channels in your territory
Actively visit and acquire new users (dentists (oral/maxillofacial) surgeons)
Present and demonstrate our unique zirconia implants in 1:1 or group sessions
Organize and runlocal events trainings and roadshows for selected dentists
Providehands-on support for initial surgeries (on request)
Manage and growcustomer relationships with a long-term view
Represent SDS at industry events trade fairs and congresses
Continuously monitor market dynamics and competitors
Contribute insights and feedback to product development
Maintain accurate data and interactions in ourCRM system(MS Dynamics)
Collaborate closely with our VP Business Development & New Markets
What you bring
Completeddegreein dental medical dental technology or commercial field
Proven experienceandstrong track record in the dental or medical device industry
Highlymotivated communicative and customer-focused personality
Experience in building up complex markets from scretch
Structured and detail-oriented work style with initiative persuasiveness and a strong sense of
responsibility
Strong quality awareness and reliability combined with a hands-on mentality
High performance drive and team spirit
Good IT skills in the MS Office suite and in working with CRM systems
Fluent French/ Italian & English written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively in the territory
Flexibility for occasional weekend events such as congresses or customer trainings
