About The Role

Were looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead high-performing cross-functional teams in building reliable scalable and secure systems. You will partner closely with Product Managers to translate business goals into technical execution align priorities and drive impactful outcomes aligned with company OKRs.

Strong communication and leadership are essential youll bridge product and engineering ensuring clarity alignment and collaboration across teams.

What You Will Do

Partner with Product Management to define vision set priorities and track delivery against business goals.
Lead mentor and grow engineers through coaching feedback and career development.
Drive engineering excellence in architecture reliability scalability and security.
Oversee system performance stability and process improvements across teams.
Measure and communicate business impact and team performance to stakeholders.
Establish and enforce consistent engineering standards tools and best practices.
Cultivate a collaborative innovative and high-trust engineering culture.
Adapt quickly to new technologies processes and evolving business priorities.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Manager leading cross-functional teams.
Strong technical foundation with the ability to make informed architectural and trade-off decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for fintech blockchain or Web3 technologies.
Experience driving impact in a fast-paced agile environment.
Proactive outcome-oriented and skilled at balancing autonomy with accountability.
Proficiency with Jira Notion Git and monitoring or observability tools.
Commitment to developing people fostering collaboration and promoting continuous improvement.
