Responsibilities:

• Learn and Understand the Regal Rexnord Site architecture functionalities user flows business requirements & user expectations.

• QA Regression & Functional Testing:Execute regression/functional tests to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changes or new features and functionalities work as intended. Identify and document any defects or issues found during testing.

• Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards.Participate in team meetings and provide updates on testing progress and issues.Communicate effectively to ensure clarity and understanding of testing requirements and results.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of testing activities and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
