Your Role in Our Patients Journey:

• Guiding Care:Apply the nursing process to develop and execute personalized care plans that promote positive patient outcomes.
• Empathetic Education:Serve as an educator and resource for patients families and colleagues sharing vital health information in an understandable and compassionate way.
• Clinical Excellence:Perform thorough vital sign assessments comprehensive nursing assessments and accurate medication reconciliations.
• Team Support:Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with clinical duties and ensure smooth medication refill processes.
• Accurate Documentation:Maintain precise and timely patient records contributing to a seamless care continuum.

Were Looking for Someone Who Has:

• Education:A nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Licensure:An active and valid RN license in North Dakota.
• Experience:A minimum of one year of hospital or clinical nursing experience is preferred with a strong interest or background in psychiatry/behavioral health being a plus!
• Skills:Solid basic clinical skills the ability to remain calm and effective in various situations and a commitment to completing nonviolent crisis intervention training within six months.
• Team Spirit:Excellent communication skills a knack for building positive relationships and a deep respect for patient confidentiality.
