The summits are an excellent opportunity for elite financial advisors from across the industry to meet and discuss the latest innovations in the wealth services field developments in the global economy and strategies for personal and professional will report to the Managing Director Barrons Wealth and Asset Management. You have an attitude of willingness to serve and ability to work with clients. You have skills tending toward quality control and accuracy. This role is hybrid based in our New York City Will:Assist with research projects related to the wealth management industrySupport compiling invitation lists from Advisor Database for Advisor SummitsUpdate database of attendees to clean up duplicates and outdated informationRemove outdated reports and videos from databasePersonal Outreach to summit invitees (via phone or email) Help answer conference inquiries (website email and phone) and filter to the correct departmentProvide information and support to attendees as it relates to Advisor Summits Regional events and Advisor RankingsHelp with communications to conference speakers Help maintain data for conference speakers and content submissionsUpdate the accuracy of conference content in internal databases websites and printed materialsSupport and organize the Continuing Education Credit application processWork in systems to manage projects including FileMaker and Cvent You Have:Completed at least two years towards your Bachelors DegreeBY NEXT SUMMER YOU WILL BE: either a rising junior or rising senior in your undergrad in Excel (can perform complex functions) or Google SheetsFamiliarity with financial dataA dynamic and engaging demeanor and the ability to gain expertise and earn trust with our clientsOrganizational skills and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesAn interest in finance computer science business administration wealth managementReasonable accommodation: Dow Jones Making Careers Newsworthy - We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity or expression pregnancy age national origin disability status genetic information protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
