Job Summary
Are you passionate about digital marketing and helping small and medium-sized businesses grow Join the international team of one of the worlds leading social media platforms in sunny Lisbon and support Dutch SMBs with strategic advertising solutions.
Your Role
As a Digital Marketing Consultant youll help small and medium-sized businesses in the Netherlands grow by building strong relationships and offering smart effective advertising guidance.
This is a very sales-driven succeed in this role you should enjoy consultative sales be curious and adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment. But most importantly you care about delivering positive impact for your clients.
Your Responsibilities
Reach out to new and existing clients via phone and email
Manage a portfolio of small business customers in the Dutch market
Understand their goals and challenges and provide tailored advertising strategies
Present solutions clearly handle objections and close deals
Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest improvements
Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience
What Were Looking For
Native-level Dutch and fluent English (C1/C2)
At least 3 years of experience in outbound sales telemarketing or digital marketing
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A consultative mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
Proactive organized and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment

Base salary: 2.050 - 2.100 per month
Performance bonuses:
Average monthly bonus: 300
Quarterly bonus for top performers: up to 2000
