Duration: 14-week Contract

Shift: 12-hour Nights 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate: $1152 - $1260; (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a 14-week night shift contract in Concord NH. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care under the direction of registered nurses and medical staff. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to make a difference while enjoying the flexibility of contract work.

Responsibilities:

Provide basic bedside care including taking vital signs administering medications and assisting with daily living activities
Monitor patients conditions and report changes to RN or physician
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
Assist with wound care catheterizations and other nursing procedures as directed
Collaborate with RNs physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Support patients and their families by providing emotional support and health education
Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

Active and Valid LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in a clinical or long-term care setting
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or equivalent required
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Strong communication observation and organizational skills
