Job Summary

Role: LPN LTC
Location: Rochester NY 14620
Schedule: 40 hrs/week Evenings (3 PM 11 PM) & Nights (11 PM 7 AM) Weekends & Holidaysper unit need

LOCAL PAY RATE: $30/hr

TRAVEL PAY BREAKDOWN:
Hourly rate - $36.00 $16.00 taxable $20.00 non-taxable
Weekly Gross - $1440.00 $640.00 taxable $800.00 non-taxable

Patient Ratios: 1 LPN : 8 10 residents

Patient Population:
Geriatric residents with wound care needs (no trachs no acute care).

Requirements:

Active NYS LPN License
BLS Certification (American Heart Association only)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Long Term Care setting
