For 3 roles what we need:
1. Typical Black Belt ( existing JD) with following add-ons: (a) Experience in CRM platforms (b) Exposure to AI solutions (c) Experience in customer facing roles desirable
For 2 roles we need (existing one)
1. Typical Black Belt (existing JD) with following add-ons (a) Experience in Order to Cash billing systems (b) Exposure to AI solutions (c) Experience in customer facing roles desirable
For 1 role we need:
1. Typical Black Belt ( existing JD) with following add-ons (a) End to end experience with collections including credit and understands financials (b) Exposure to AI solutions (c) Experience in customer facing roles desirable
For 1 role we need:
1. Typical Black Belt ( existing JD) with following add-ons (a) Experience with revenue leakage revenue retention and revenue management programs and understands financials (b) Exposure to AI solutions (c) Experience in customer facing roles desirable
