Key Responsibilities
Respond to user requests via phone email or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues (e.g. password resets printer problems).
Assist in installing and configuring software applications.
Document solutions and update the knowledge base.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians or relevant teams.
Support IT asset management and inventory tracking.
Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
Perform daily system monitoring verifying the integrity and availability of all Internal resources systems and key processes reviewing system and application logs.
Ensure that the technical environment is properly monitored and that any problems are rectified.
Actively collaborate with team members to achieve team goals. Facilitate sharing of technical knowledge within our dynamic team.
Effective direct communication with IT colleagues and end-users from other cultures and countries at remote sites.
Support a growing organization across many time zones in rotational shifts.
Take part in systems/software administration problem resolution and change management
Maintain operational configuration or other procedures
Facilitate configuration changes to support flexible organization
Participate in rotation-based day/evening/night shift supporting a global organization
Ensure timely and proper support during all parts of end-user lifecycle
Provide detailed performance monitoring and problem resolution / RCA.
Ensure alignment to Corporate IT rules and guidelines
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously without direct supervision
We are looking for
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Basic understanding of Personal Computer Operating systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Eagerness to learn in a challenging environment and adapt to new technologies
Flexible to work in rotation-based shifts including night shifts.
