Job Summary
Have 5-8 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the information technology industry
Be well-versed in how the internet works including protocols such as DNS HTTP/S TCP and routing
Have a solid technical background in networking and cyber security (e.g. security event management
traffic analysis security compliance)
Be familiar with APIs scripting & automation tools
Be a self-starter who can manage multiple technical projects with differing priorities
Have outstanding communication skills and be able to build successful relationships with remote and global teams
