Job Summary

Position Title: HRIS Admin/Analyst

Duration: 6m (minimum) contract to hire

Location: 225 E. John Carpenter Fwy Suite 1000 Irving Texas 75062 United States

Responsibilities

HRIS Administration & Data Integrity

  1. Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for our core HRIS platform with a strong emphasis on ADP.
  2. Maintain and ensure the accuracy integrity and confidentiality of all HR data within the system conducting regular audits.
  3. Manage and support core HR modules including the current Compensation Merit Tool within ADP.
  4. Act as a Tier 1/Tier 2 support resource for HR system issues troubleshooting problems and resolving data discrepancies that affect reports or processes.

Reporting and Analytics

  1. Execute complex ad-hoc and scheduled reporting on various HR data points (e.g. headcount turnover compensation compliance).
  2. Crucially analyze report output to identify systemic issues and investigate data gaps. This involves drilling into the application to determine the root cause of incorrect data pulls and implementing fixes.

System Strategy & Project Support

  1. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within current HR systems to drive greater efficiency.
  2. Provide foundational technical support and expertise to help evaluate and plan for future HR technology upgrades or implementations (e.g. Workday or Greenhouse ATS/HCM).
  3. Document system configurations processes and standard operating procedures to enhance departmental knowledge and ensure compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. 5 years of hands-on experience as an HRIS Administrator HRIS Analyst or similar role.
  2. Demonstrated deep technical expertise and proficiency with ADP (e.g. ADP Workforce Now ADP Vantage).
  3. Proven experience generating complex HR reports including the ability to analyze and troubleshoot the data output for accuracy.
  4. Solid understanding of core HR concepts including Talent Acquisition workflows Compensation Benefits and Payroll processing.
  5. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUPs Pivot Tables) for data analysis and manipulation.
  6. Exceptional analytical skills with a proactive figure it out mentality capable of managing complex tasks in a fast-paced reactive environment.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a history of thriving as a team player.
