Description
As the and nbsp;Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth initiatives across the and nbsp;defense marine and energy sectors with an emphasis on and nbsp;land systems military vehicles and associated technologies. You will leverage your established industry network and market expertise to identify opportunities manage complex sales cycles and foster long-term client and partner relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic business development plans for defense marine and energy markets in Eastern Europe.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within defense and adjacent sectors including SaaS solutions marine aerospace and construction-related services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in and nbsp;military procurement defense ministries and prime contractors.
- Representing the company at major defense trade shows exhibitions and industry conferences.
- Managing complex long-cycle sales processes typical of defense procurement environments.
- Collaborating with technical legal and program management teams to develop tailored proposals and winning bids.
- Providing market intelligence competitor analysis and strategic insights to support executive decision-making.
- Supporting cross-functional alignment between business development engineering supply chain and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree and nbsp;in Business Engineering International Relations or a related field.
- Proven experience and nbsp;in business development or sales within the and nbsp;defense marine or industrial sectors.
- Strong network and understanding of and nbsp;Eastern European defense procurement processes.
- Demonstrated success managing and nbsp;complex high-value contracts and nbsp;and long sales cycles.
- Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Polish and English and nbsp;(additional European languages are a plus).
- Technical understanding of defense systems engineering solutions or industrial technologies preferred.
- Willingness to travel regionally (1020%); valid passport required.
