Job Description

  • Collect food orders from designated outlets and deliver them to customers within the required time frame.

  • Operate the delivery bike safely and follow all traffic rules.

  • Use GPS/maps to plan routes and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Maintain clear communication with customers and outlet staff to resolve any issues.

  • Verify orders before dispatch and maintain delivery records.

  • Meet performance criteria: 6 days per week 10 hours per day max 1 order rejection per day max 2 leave applications per month.



  • Requirements

    • Valid INDIAN bike license (minimum 2 years old) with a clean record.

    • 6 months experience in food/grocery delivery (quick commerce).

    • Basic English & Hindi required; Arabic is an advantage.

    • Physically fit to lift/carry orders and ride for long hours.

    • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

    • New arrivals/freshers must obtain a valid INDIAN Bike Driving License; salary starts only after joining and obtaining the license.
